In NAS, from the Thousands-Block/CO Code toolbar, select Thousands-Block Requests then select Thousands-Block Modification Request. From the Type of Change screen, select OCN: Inter-Company (Transferring resource from another Company) or OCN: Intra-Company (Updating OCN within my Company) and select this checkbox, “This modification is in response to a request from NANPA to become the new Thousands-Block Holder.”
