In NAS, from the Thousands-Block/CO Code toolbar, select Thousands-Block Requests, then select Thousands-Block Request. Complete the Service Area screen, if the inventory needs to be replenished, then NAS will present the Pool Replenishment Needed screen. From this screen, select Request NANPA to seek voluntary disconnects, then the Next button. NANPA will then seek voluntary disconnects from service providers with resources in the State, NPA, and Rate Center. NANPA requests that you wait at least 14 calendar days before proceeding with the application to allow time for NANPA to received and process the disconnect(s).
